Actor Ray Stevenson dead 58

I’m not much for these celebrity pass away threads, but have to admit, this one was a bummer. Not a highly known actor but always one of my favorites. Dug his character on the HBO series, Rome. Probably the best Punisher version, in my opinion. If you see him you would recognize him. Recently was Volstagg in the Thor movies, and was set to be the bad guy in the new Star Wars series. He’s Irish but he was raised in England. Good brawly actor. Probably why he passed so early. 6’3” and I’m guessing 300+ lbs. RIP Big Man.

I just saw this in a news feed and was going to post it in my comics thread. His passing will have ripple effects in the Star Wars franchise. Rest in peace, Mr. Stevenson.

I am shocked. He played Othere in the final season of Vikings which I am watching at the moment. Yes, he was too young. May he rest in peace.
