Adam Shefter on NFL Network was talking about the HC jobs that are opening up. So far of the 8 jobs that are available, here are his "projections" on who will go where...

Texans - Gary Kubiak (O.C. of the Broncos)

Vikings - Jim Fassel (O.C. of Ravens)

Packers - Kirk Ferentz (Head Coach of Iwoa)

Rams - Gregg Williams (D.C. of Commanders)

Raiders - Mike Tice (ex Vikings H.C.)

Lions - Ron Rivera (D.C. of the Bears)

Chiefs - Tim Lewis (D.C. of the Giants)

Saints - Bobby Petrino (H.C. of Louisville)

He than said that he if Lewis ends up getting a H.C. job somewhere, that Dom Capers would most likely take over his D.C. duties in New York and reunit with Coughlin.

Boy, talking about throwing some **** against the wall and hoping some of it sticks.

Mo matter what he says I still wouldn't rule out Capers coming to Dallas.

And there at least 1-2 offensive coaches in KC I'd like to bring to Cowboys.

Thats what a projection is...

Do you guys honestly believe if Parcells stays he's going to dump Zimmer for someone like Capers?!

Parcells likes Zimmer and thinks he's done a good job with the defense.
I know a lot of fans don't like Zimmer, but the defensive coordinater position is the least of our problems right now.

damn..i forgot about kubiak

he would be a great head coach.

Why does anyone think Capers would come to Dallas?
I know he's a 3-4 coach, but I don't see BP wanting to bring him in here.

One projection I thought was interesting was Tice to the Raiders. That would reunite him with Randy Moss. Could be interesting.

People seem to miss the point of the 3-4. You need OLB who can get to the QB. You are trying to hide where the 4th rusher comes from. When only Ware can rush the QB, it's not hard for teams to figure it out.

Martz seems destined to be with the Raiders just looking at the situation

Wow I like the Chiefs move... especially since Al Saunders (Chiefs current OC) doesn't look like a target on those coachless teams... plus it gets the defensive coach out of NYG and out of Dallas hair... Lewis is a good DC.

Gregg Williams... GET OUT OF DC!!! Hope he goes THE SECOND THE SKINS LOSE...

LMAO on the RAAAIIIDUUUUUHHZ HC move... Mike Tice to Oakland?!? Man if that aint an Al Davis move then I don't know what is... Al Davis to Mike Tice... "Round up the boat Mike, lets get some wine, women, and figure out how to win again baby." :lmao:

Has BP ever worked with a former HC? He likes to keep his thumb on the back of every coaches neck. Which is much easier to do with young coaches coming up in their careers and willing to sit back and learn.
