I like some of those RBs even Etienne who was taken with the Mingo pick, but it doesn't mean Dallas wanted to draft them. Keep in mind, if they wanted a certain guy they would've made a move to get him.

I'm pretty sure that their plan going into the draft was to draft Quishon Judkins in the 2nd round and then draft Jaydon Blue in the 5th. This draft was extremely deep. Guys taken in the 5th would have been 3rd or 4th round picks in a normal draft.

No lies told here by Thielen. Mingo is certainly a versatile player, which gives down the depth chart value. He can block, can play all over on special teams, line up in all WR positions, run routes everywhere from deep balls to screens, etc.

The issue with Mingo is I'm still waiting to see what he does thats significantly better than the other players aside from blocking. He has speed to run those go routes, but isnt quick enough to make defenses truly respect him as a deep threat. Very quick feet, but still doesnt run crisp routes. Big body with a massive but doesnt seem to play to his size on tape.

No shortage of traits with this guy, its yet to translate to the showing up on film though.
I believe the style of play of Pickens will be a strong influence on Mingo

Then why didn't phenom Rush lead us to the playoffs?
I see you are still obsessed with Lance even though he is gone. Trey didn't get a chance due to idiot Jerry.
Because it is a team sport and the team sucked.

Not difficult to comprehend.

I don't want to judge Mingo on last season. Just about every one of his targets the ball sailed over his head or thrown at his feet.
But we will judge Tolbert, who had the same QB, with very solid stats including more TD's than CD Lamb.

Agreed. And if we believe Jerry Jones, the Cowboys targeted Jayden Blue and tried to trade back into the 4th round to get him "multiple" times. They were thrilled he was there in the 5th.

Tolbert was healthier than Lamb (shoulder) last season. Also he got more reps with Rush in seasons past working with the 2s in practice. Same reason Luke Schoonmaker's numbers with Rush were better than Jake Ferguson's.
