Adarius Bowman

Seems almost every draft outlet has this guy plummeting down the draft board. I have seen as late as a projected round 7 to as early as round 4.

What's the thoughts from here? In my latest "Homer Mock" I could not help but slip him in to Dallas in round 5. I think he would be a steal there.

If he were there in the 4th, I'd probably jump on him. Hardy and Bowman would be pretty darn good I think, heading into the future.

I definitely don't think he lasts till the 7th, some team will take a risk on him.

He was very productive in college against good competition, that counts for something.

Adarius Bowman's 4.78 forty at the NFL Combine could force teams to look at him as an H-back, according to NFL Network's Mike Mayock.
Bowman is a physical threat (6'3, 223) but H-backs simply don't go too high on draft day.

I would like him. He should be able to improve his 40 with better training from the Boys'

I was real high on him, but running a 4.7 40 scares the bejesus out of me.

Heck yeah, I'd take him in the 4th or 5th. Perhaps even the 3rd if we haven't taken a WR by then.

Yeah, 4.78 I believe!
But it's RARE to see someone run so slow do well in the pro's, but I guess our scouts need to look at the films and see if he has FOOTBALL SPEED or not, I saw something on him a few months back that listed the top 10 deep threats and guys like Manningham, Desean Jacvkson, Donnie Avery, etc., were on the top 10 list along with BOWMAN so they must of saw something on him on GAME FILM that says he's faster on the field then running the 40 straight line speed.
Since we pick LATE in all the rounds, our 3rd rounc pick is basically the same as an early 4th and our 4th an early 5th, so if he's there in round 4 I'd take him.
