Added a Training Camp Countdown Timer to the right sidebar area

[Reality]

I added a countdown timer for training camp to the right sidebar area. As training camp gets closer, I will move the timer up higher on the sidebar so it will be easier to see. For now, it is too distracting to leave up there all the time and with several weeks to go.
