Added More Background Color Options

I added four more background color options to the Preferences page. The new options are Light Blue, Light Blue / Dark Grey, Dark Grey and Black Grey.

I like the new options... Not sure which one I like the most! Gives the site a little more flavor.

Also added limited foreground color options as well. Will expand them over time, but for now, it gives users some customization and variety at least.

No. But we can get you white and blue with a splash of red on a background of a certain faint logo repeated in a plaid pattern. Will that work for you, Sir?
