Admit now that you hate most things about this team and the Cowboys organization

That is pretty much the whole internet (like you said), and is wildly prevalent in Politics, especially. People want everyone to think like they do… and that isn’t how the world works.

However, having said that, I have said negative things on this board plenty of times (I just got through writing that I have never liked Jabril Cox and think he should be cut). Not once has anyone jumped down my throat about any of it. I’ve had discussions where someone thought I was wrong, but that is civil and not like what you’re talking about.

I think what many here have problems with is when fans say they want the team to win and that they are Dallas fans… and yet literally, all they do is make fun of the team, make fun of the players, and just generally do nothing but say how terrible the Cowboys are. Those seem to be the one’s that get posts like this OP directed at them.

I mean everyone is different… but how do you hate everything to do with the team and then say you’re a fan of it? Particularly when that team is coming off back-to-back 12 win seasons?

It makes no sense… so people call that behavior out.

Exactly brother, it's highly suspicious as well. Some of us can't find the logic in those poster being actual fans and it makes a lot more sense they are trolls. I'm sure we really do have that kind of negativity, but some of them are division rivals. No doubt in my mind there.

I’ve been here at CZ nearly 20 years. Ive always been a “realist”. Never been afraid to be right in the middle and call things how they are. I’ve been labeled a “hater” and a “happy fan” in the same week. Some of you might remember that term.
WTBS, the Toxic Negativity is at an all time high..

So, let’s put it down on the record now. Man up. Admit now that you hate most things about this team and the Cowboys organization. You don’t think this team has a chance. You’re ready to look for a new HC, and send Dak packing. You think Tyrone should retire, Deuce is too small to succeed, Ceedee isn’t top 5, the OL isn’t deep enough, LVE is the worst starting LB in the NFL. Tre is a fraud, the defense is all hype and DQ doesn’t want to be here, Pollard is hiding his pain, Martin is washed anyway, our WR group is a week link, Jerry isn’t a football guy, oh and Dak sucks. These are all things that I’ve seen here this week.

I’m giving you the opportunity to come clean now. Say it now that despite of all your debby downer opinions, if this years team makes a serious run you will take back your words of negativity and enjoy it like the rest of us. No, I’m not talking to you guys who have a good balance. Only to those who are making this place dark and depressed all the time. Do it now and some of us will even let you jump on and enjoy the run. Do it now and prove to the Zone that when this team has a big time year, you’re not a bandwagon fan!!!

I couldn’t give Rats Ace what you call me. Me calling out people on they’re downtrodden, pessimistic, dreary, always negative about everything attitudes will continue. But at the same time, calling out the Star is always right, the FO, and the players can do no wrong people will continue as well. I complain about three things in life, negative people, unbalanced People, and everything having to do with a certain group currently leading the country. I will always do so. If me telling you to just admit that you’re one of those people is “telling you what to do” you have a comprehension problem.

....and at the end of the day, it's wasted complaining for you can't control any of your listed complaints so how does it help you or others?

You lose any ability to debate when you mock a veteran's service but then again you and a few others have zero respect and have no ability to draw a line from discussing Dallas-related topics and insulting people personally. No we hate it when there isnt a thread that goes by that dake hatred isnt injected in it. dont get it twisted. Its ok to not like dak i get that. But when a conversation cant be had because everything is daks fault then it becomes pointless to have this board. I go into threads and my first thought is how soon will the deniers infect this one.

We get it you dont like Dak. Heck until 2013 i didnt care for Romo but every thread doesnt need to be a pissing match

Just put the big offenders on ignore. It works really well. They disappear. I highly suggest it. They no longer infect anything.

This thread is in danger of being shut down if the insults and call outs don’t stop.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion within the rules we all agreed to follow when we signed up for this place. If you disagree say why. If you name call, insult and demean people as part of your argument, you’ve already lost.

I'm not the biggest Dak fan, but what I find a little off putting is when people just come in here and trash the dude. We're supposed to be rooting for these guys, not kicking them when they're down. There's a way to deliver criticism without being confrontational. That's why people get labeled Dak haters.

But at the same time, there are a few people in here that come in here up to their necks in stats trying to convince others that Dak is the player we never see on the field. That can be pretty annoying too and only contribute to the confrontation when someone doesn't agree with them.

Many of us would critique Dak much more, but we dont have to. Instead we wind up defending him against all the trolls that that lie and infect this forum.
