I think you are selling the interview a little short here, lots of good stuff from both guys.

According to Phillip Tanner, Mike Woicik has him working on upper body strength, doing alot more streches to improve his flexibility, and taking the same hot yoga classes that DeMarcus Ware is to aid in the flexibility.

I love to hear about players doing yoga. I've long felt it was an important part of exercise and something that would really help athletes at the NFL level.

I hope Woicik has many more players doing it as well.
