Tennessee seems like it could have been a good spot for Frank Gore given the strategy of signing an old running back. Does this mean Gore is done? I truly believe now OJ and Emmitt's records are secure for eternity. There is never going to be another durable back like that in the future that shoulders those loads yearly or perennially. Guys like Gore and Curtis Martin were the last standards for doing something like that. AP hit a wall and is trying to stretch it out but its done.
