This is why you go all in! None of the NFC QB's really scares me by themselves like the top 4 QB's in the AFC.
The Jets went "all in" on Darnold and again for Wilson and got nothing for it. Is old-man Rodgers the answer? Jury still out. The Broncos went all in on Russell Wilson and are now dead in the water for the next four years. 49ers sold the farm on Trey Lance and talk is they now want to trade him.

Not nearly so simple as "going all in".

the funny thing is just when you think you know and its totally clear where all the best teams are, things will change in an instant....

1. I don't know if the jets went all in but i'd rather swing and miss than not swing.
2. The going all in doesn't mean simply making dumb moves. The wilson trade, the watson trade, had no chance of being a good move. Aaron trade was probably too costly but is better than both those other trades.

Trying and failing is far better than being afraid to try.

Exactly, you just need to beat one of the AFC QB's for the Super Bowl.
Jerry is so damn stupid. Should have gotten Ramsey, signed Hargrave, and now even trade for another WR along with Cooks.
There are literally 3 teams in the NFC trying to win a Super Bowl. The cap will go up, be bold and try.

If they were smart, they would sign Lamar and give away two meaningless number 1 picks.
That team is built to win today. Lamar and Shanahan... watchout.
Definately a younger Lamar. not sure about the broken one who misses games the ravens have now.

It is lopsided but after Mahomes and Burrow, there's little between the next 4-6 guys. But the difference really just comes down to 2-3 decisions.

Rodgers and Wilson trades (which, Wilson might be the worst QB on this list) and WAS passing on Herbert. The latter decision - changed the entire landscape of the NFL. There's a scenario where Washington isn't stupid and has Herbert/Daboll right now.

There's a small group here that says sticking with status quo is a better plan than changing anything.

Well, I mean this group starts at the top with Jerry and son but they have a cluster of Zoners who also say that unless you have a proven PLAN than its better to just keep counting the money that mediocrity brings in.

They have entirely no concept of No risk, no reward and fear failure far too much to take a "risk" at improvement. Regardless that they know they've reached their ceiling with this same set of player(s), coaches, philosophy and culture that has proven to offer ZERO potential future improvement.

Its become The Cowboy (and to some extent, sell out Zoners) Way.

Just not mine, lol
