every article available about our draft, I am quite content.
Carpenter was taken because he was the most ready guy. OK with me.
Fasano for the steady #2 TE position in the 2 TE sets. GOOD pick.
Hatcher as a big guy who can get bigger and is mean and quick- OK.
Green is the speed burner and punt returner that we need- and will be Glenns backup. GOOD pick.
Montavius-I wanted FIFITA but this guy can be as good.
Watkins- maybe more of a risk but for a 5th rd- very good pick.
the two O line guys have potential and that is all they are.
This will not be as great a draft as last years- but then a draft like that comes only every 30 years or so.
We have 2 starters from this draft which is all you can reasonably expect.
Monty will split time with Fergie. Green will return punts. Watkins COULD be starting by late this year. The other guys are projects.
