Not to beat a dead horse or anything, oh what the hell? I'll beat it. The Cowboys always wear blue at Carolina, at Washington and at Arizona. If ever there was a chance to put the blue jersey jinx to rest, this is it! This will probably be the first time they have ever worn blue back-to-back-to-back. We need to win 4 in a row starting tomorrow night against NYG. We'll be 7-2 and sitting pretty for Indy at home.

Didn't someone say that we're playing against the Giants in our blues?

If so, make that 4 in a row.

Carolina usually wears their black jerseys at home I think (Though they didnt against us last year)

Arizona always wears their red jerseys

I know that Washington always makes us play in our blues.

Carolina, ever since 2003 playoffs, have made us wear our blues. I believe John Fox said that he would "make us play in our blues" in 2003, so I don't expect that to change.

Dunno about Arizona.

laundry doesn't win games.

I didn't say laundry wins games. My point is that the perceived jinx in blue would really take a hit if we win three in a row in them. If we lose those games, there will be those who blame it on the jerseys, whether true or not.

every time we've palyed at Carolina we've been in the Blues

1996
2000
2003
2005

we always wear blue in

carolina
arizona
washington
tampa
jacksonville
houston
and sometimes philly

If I were the home team, and Dallas was the away team, I'd for sure make the Cowboys wear blue.

Dallas will win, win and win. When they return home in white against Indy will be a challenge.

I think you're absolutely right. Like I said in the original post, I'm certain about the first three.

The Blue Jersey Jinx was put to rest years ago when Tex Schramm changed the color and style of the Blue Jersey uniforms. It hasn't been an issue for 20 years or more.

The only jinx we now have is the damn Clown Suit Throwback uniforms. We just can't seem to win in those ugly peewee league looking outfits.

Actually, since 1995 Dallas has worn the whites at arizona four out of the past seven matchups we only wore blue in 1997, 2000 and 2002.

:lmao: I always get a kick out of someone calling them clown suits. They're okay sometimes. I would just hate for them to become the uniform recoginized as the Cowboys official uniform. Some people don't have cable or satellite (believe it or not) and the only time they see Dallas at home are the national games, i.e., Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. It seems like the Cowboys wear the "clown suits" at home in a lot of national games. There might be some little kid somewhere who thinks they're a the real deal.:

Nice research. Thanks for clearing that up.

It's my blessing and my curse that I can remember what color the Boys uniform was for every game from 1988 till today yet I can't remember where I put my cell phone or car keys. :)
