With is broke ribs and all....i really feel this is the year, we make a stronger push at the Superbowl...

This team compared to our last 1's, where trying to achieve that, off of pure talent.

This years team not only has talent, but it has coaching, heart, desire, and strong leadership on n off the field.

If anything, i see us making a much stronger push, with Romo, laying it all out there on the line....the fact he is still killing himself with a rib injury, shows me something. The way he took control with inexperienced WR's vs a Real top notch D...i mean imagine if we were fully healthy on Offense. This is the year...our D is better than ever...and Romo, seems to be playing like a man with a purpose.

Forcing himself back into the SF game after being told no. Changing a Garret Call, in freaking overtime(taking that chance if it didn't work in OT, not a regular quarter), taking command vs the Commanders, lighting a fire under everybody's ***, no matter who you were. I like what I am seeing from the team as a whole

I predicted us to win the NFC East. Three games in I stand by that. I like the culture change happening with Garrett and Ryan. As you say, guys are going out there injured and putting it all out on the line. Romo, Jenkins, Felix and Dez especially come to mind. We've got injuries but it's nothing like what happened to GB last season and look what they did?! I agree, this team just seems to have a certain something that was missing under Wade. I love the direction we're going, I just want to see us get somewhat healthy. The bye week cannot come soon enough.

Health is the only thing that can stop us from being a very good team with playoff hopes this year, imo.

The iggles are a bigger joke then I expected, the Skins are better then I thought but we beat them with one leg, the Giants are what I thought, decent but full of holes.

The big knock on us is our 4th corner is not a great starter and our offense is not very good without our stud #1 and 2 WR's full strength. Well, at least not when out QB is a mess too.

The sad part for me is I don't think we have a great shot to beat the Lions in this shape. If we lose, so many morons will lose faith and start complaining about who we cut and did not sign and all that noise. It won't register to them what a huge difference just having Miles and Romo healthy would make in that game.

No matter how the season plays out, I'm thrilled with the new coaching staff and roster moves. I think we're going to be incredible next year.

Romo definitely let his frustration show that game.

I'm actually glad he did. Those mistakes that were pissing him off were just unacceptable.

It we get fair break with injuries and the OL continues to grow-who knows how far we can go!? I'm loven Romo and that defense.

Yes, I love it too. Can you believe some people in the media in the Washington area said they were "turned off, he was not professional, the berating of his players were uncalled for? I bet if Grossman did that, they would be calling him the next George Patton. :laugh2:

Love the "new" Romo and where this D is going. We just have WAY too many key injuries for this season though.

Yesterday at work I started getting that old fashioned feeling again, like we have the chance to go all the way. Then I decided to immediately stop that line of thinking and told myself to calm down, take a deep breath, and take one game at a time. If we can win this game, not saying we will, but if we do and then get healthy during our bye week and some how manage to pull off an upset in Foxboro, then I will believe that this team is definitely capable of going all the way.

Only then will I want to see everyone bringing back their "BELIEVE" sigs!

Exactly...that is what was needed....he showed he will not put up with the BS...I think that shows the entire team and coaches something. It will make them focus even more.

Agreed, I don't know if it helped that game, but it will help in the future. I'm pretty sure Costa and Ogs are working extra hard this week.

this is exactly what I was thinking just as the skins game was coming to an end...right after spencer's sack. it was just a signal to me that something is going to happen this year. the team is coming up on the bye week. I think we're going to see a really good team starting in week 6.

I'm glad you posted this. I've been wanting to for a while but haven't had much time to post lately.

been saying this for a couple of months. obviously Green Bay has to be the favorite in the NFC, but outside of that the conference is really wide open.

It's really amazing how much he's learned about being a leader the last two weeks, after all these years.
