One thing I kind of liked about the replacements. I get sick of seeing so many defensive penalties.

How did the Skins get a TD there? I thought you couldn't fumble it forward or for a gain.

I believe that only applies in the last 5 min of the 4th. any other time the forward progression of a fumble is allowed.

Kilyn, they ruled it a fumble recovered for a TD.
