Probably a lack of pass rush and DL depth. You either blitz and play tight or rush 4 and play soft. We fans hate it, but coaches don’t mind giving up a TD, knowing only an onside recovery between you and victory

I get it, but I rarely see it that drop. There's no point even sending 4 guys, there's no time to get to qb with so much open space. May as well just rush 3 and have an extra LB right behind to stop those passes. Regardless, with less than 1:20 left, if they score over you, you still hold out hope for onside.
