Agent change sparks new Greinke rumors

KANSAS CITY -- Zack Greinke has not demanded that the Royals trade him, yet his days with the team might be numbered.
According to a report that surfaced on Friday night, Greinke has "unequivocally" asked the Royals to be traded, but a source close to the situation said that is not the case at all.
New speculation about Greinke's future with the Royals arose after he changed representation from SFX Baseball to CAA Sports, the bailiwick of Casey Close, who made a splash recently as he guided Derek Jeter's contract negotiations with the New York Yankees.
