I just disagree about him being nothing more than a #2 back..

He is a big play threat..

Most NFL RB's are dumber then a mud fence btw.

Also, yes, he almost cost us but Randle has been our only real bright spot with the Romoless Cowboys.

If Randle played in an offense that could get him to the 2nd level as consistently as Demarco did last year he might have gone for 1500 yards + this year.

Guy is just a big play RB.

I don't disagree, he is a big play RB. But being a #1 back is about getting 2 yards when there is nothing. And not getting frustrated when you don't go for 40 every time. He's not a #1 I'm sorry.

Against 8 and 9 man fronts, it does. Got to make teams pay for that, and Weeden can't.

Romo wasn't testing it either.

Garrett has made it very clear he wants to run against fronts that don't have the numbers in our favor.

At some point you have to get the defenses to play honest instead of being arrogant and having no run game or pass game.

At some point you have to get the defenses to play honest instead of being arrogant and having no run game or pass game.

The first two weeks are basically preseason games for all teams. Offensive lines look bad because they literally hit nothing in camp because of the CBA. Players aren't ready to play, and they're not ready to hit or get hit. Injuries all over the place as a result.

Subtract Romo and add a shrinking lilly like Weeden, and this is what it looks like.

You have to throw teams out of 8-man fronts, and Weeden doesn't have the gonads to do it.

Whats is wrong with Randle? Did I miss something?

He runs well, makes big plays, catches the ball, and his oh so terrible pass protection has been average at worst.

He got in the Coaches dog house?

Notice he did not get much time after the play.

RB was mad, OL Coach was mad, HC was giving him the death stare which is really something considering he normally just has that crazy howdy doody look and stands there clapping.

Even Stephen Jones on the radio said pretty much everybody in the Cowboys Organization was shaking their head after that play.

Why...because it was a bone headed play but what makes it worse is that he did it prior to this game and was specifically told NOT to do it AGAIN.

So no matter if he does this or that good...get in the Coaches dog house by doing dumb stuff and it is not good.
