Did you just hear Aikman get off a blast on Collinsworth. I am laughing my a@@ off!!!!!!! They were talking about the post super bowl depression after lossing --resulting records of the losers have been all below .500 for the past few years and Aikman says and this isnt an exact quote because I was laughing too hard--He say right now you could ask Collinsworth about the year after losing a super bowl!!!! I knew him and the weasel Collinsworth didnt get along and that was priceless.
Collinsworth always was a know it all weasel--far too critical for my tastes

NBC showed interest in him for MNF and Fox just said to hell with him and fired him a year before his contract was up.

He will be in studio next year for NBC.

I like just about any announcer better then Aikman when it comes to talkin about the Cowboys. About the only one I think less of would be Theismann and that there is a pretty tuff call.

Actually, thats probably 4-5th time Joe Buck/Aikman have taken a shot on Collinsworth this year. I think thats probably even a low number

I actually think Aikman is at his best when calling the Cowboys. Always well informed and brutally honest and tell it like it is. No sugar from him.

Why boo the Eagles? They gave it all they had. They were playing with their starting QB and RB plus some other starters out and still came within a whisker of beating the Commanders and keeping them out of the playoffs. We, on the other hand, had our heads handed to us on a platter by these same Commanders. I give props to the Eagles.

Collingsworth is one of the most hypocritcal analyst I had ever listened to.

On HBO's Inside the NFL (which sux big time now) I have seen him critisize a team for not passing the ball enough, and the VERY NEXT week blast them for passing the ball too much.

Most analyst are knee jerk reactionary pawns of the media. Sports reporting/analysis is really garbage now.
