Towards the end of the game, he and Joe were speculating on the time to return from a fractured clavicle. To loosely paraphrase... "yeah I suffered the same injury and was back in 5 weeks. Romo took 10 weeks to return from that last fracture so I dunno"...

What the heck is up with that? I love me some Troy but that kinda pissed me off.

Unless surgery is needed, Romo plays again Thanksgiving....in the easy part of the schedule.

I took it as more like nobody really knows now how long Romo will be out since Romo took 10 weeks and he only took 5.

Meaning, it could be anywhere between 5-10 weeks.

I don't think Aikman's comments were dismissive. I think he meant that it depends on the complexity of the fracture and on the healing process.

That's not a shot. Troy would likely be the first to tell you that Romo is tough as nails

Tony is tougher than Troy ever was. He has played with a broken rib and lacerated lung, played a quarter and led a comeback win with a ruptured disc in his back, and tried to talk his way back into the game the first time he broke his collarbone.

I think he was probably suggesting that everyone's body heals differently. But thats just my guess.
Exactly these sensitive posters at times. Sports will make normally regular guys act like the stereotype of girls. Gotta get that in control lol

Troy is living in the past.

Unfortunately, too many concussions mean he doesn't remember it.

I think he was saying it depends on the severity.

he was speaking to the inconclusive timeline that injury can have it wasn't a shot at Romo....we've heard since the game that it all depends on the location of the fracture, the other injuries to the joint....so it could be any multitude of timelines at this point.

I don't know, he won a Superbowl thinking he was Batman in the second half. Didn't remember a thing.
