Aikman has the Boys game this week. The only things really talked about regarding Dallas all were offensive line related. Among the things he said...

Its amazing how a real good offensive line can change so many things.

The biggest thing it has changed is the Cowboys identity.

Over the years Jason Garrett has told me they wanted to get back to being more like the Cowboys Super Bowl teams of the 90s and that meant running the ball. But they just never had the personnel to do it.

Against Houston, Dallas ran 32 1st down plays and 22 were runs.

The Cowboys defense gives up more yards per play than any other team in the league, but because they can run the ball and win time of possession, it hasn't really hurt them.

This whole new identity has helped guys like Jason Witten, not having to contend with a safety over the top.

To me, without a doubt, the biggest positive about this season so far is the way we've established our identity and direction. So satisfying. Truly gives hope and optimism, not just for the remainder of this season, but next year and beyond.

If we get 10+ wins this year I'll be stoked.

That stings a little. It just shows why we can have any oops on offense or we are in trouble.

You cannot ignore the rate at which the defense is turning the ball over in regards to its efficacy.
Was just about to post that the defense ranks 5th in takeaways per drive, and 7th in points allowed per drive. Of course, neither of those facts has anything to do with our offensive line (which has been outstanding), but both of those facts have very much to do with winning four straight.

I knew it. I have been telling fellow Cowboy fans that is Garrett's plan since the day he took over for Wade.
