Air fryers?

Air fryers I think in general all work the same so it really doesn't matter except for the size that you want. I think the biggest drawback is the cleanup afterward.

If you don't use oil, they'll have a crispy but baked flavor/texture. if you air fry them with a teaspoon to tablespoon of oil or so they'll have a more deep fried taste.

They're fantastic for re-heating pizza.

Any good recipes? Best air fryer? I just got a small one. Haven’t used it yet. Gonna break it in with some tater tots this weekend! :)

We have a Ninja but like the other poster said they all work about the same. Soooo useful for almost everything though. Fried foods, reheating fries, pizza, etc. We've done hand breaded chicken breasts in there. It's the best. Enjoy.

I have a Phillips and like it and I have to hand it to whoever took the convection oven and applied it to an appliance. Takes a few times and oil is needed to get it just right.

Like Gip, I don't like reading instructions and the first few times I didn't put any food in it. I do think I fried the air, as promised, but it was tasteless. But the cleanup was minimal.

You can put it in the dishwasher when ya do that and not run it through a cycle thing is ready for reuse really fast I make a great fried air sammich

Go a Ninja Air Fryer about a year ago and i swear by the darned thing. I have toasted bread/bagels in it, done mini tacos/taquitos and french fries. Did a small steak in it that turned out wonderful. Have also done bacon and sausage in it{all the bacon grease collects in the bottom}. My favorite thing is probably pre-battered catfish pieces, they turn out wonderfully.

Battered shrimp is good in them also I do it Cajun style with Cajun style fries and Squash in the rotisserie I love my rotisserie

Love mine. I've got the Instant Vortex 6 quart. In addition to the things already mentioned I've used mine to make great grilled cheese, beignets, mozzarella cheese sticks, frozen soft pretzels, fried venison backstrap, and buffalo chicken sliders. The reheating aspect of it is what I like so much. Cold pizza, soggy French fries, left over tortilla chips, stale biscuits, and egg rolls all reheat perfectly.
