Eagle kicker blew out his hammy on the opening kickoff. Now they have no kicker and five straight penalties! Raiders could win this!

he was hurt before the game. Why they didn't sign someone off the street is beyond me.

Who was it that came in and kicked that "boomer" 3rd kick?

For the Commanders that is. As a matter of fact, all the way to the SB.

I believe they did sign Todd France, but I think they have him on their practice squad. Evidently Akers thought he was okay to go, but he wasn't.

Dude, quit dreaming. Go to Pstream Skinz and gloat there. Your team got lucky and that game will probably be the highlight of the season. Go away. troll!

Yeah, and now they have no one to kick extra points. So, now they have to match each Raider TD with a TD+Field Goal, in order to keep up. Right now it's 7 to 6 Raiders. Both teams scored TD's. The Raiders got their TD on the opening drive, because Akers got hurt, and the Beagles committed 2 offsides penalties, and then they kicked the ball out of bounds on the opening kick off. Raiders started 1st drive of game on 50 yd line, and scored 4 plays later.

10-6 Raiders. It's funny, the Beagles won't even be able to match the Raiders field goals with one of their own. :)

Oh yeah, McNabb got hit hard by Sapp. It was classic Sapp. Sapp got his helmet knocked off during his rush, and he continued w/o his helmet, and buried McNabb into the turf from behind. McNabb lost the ball, but it was ruled that his arm was going forward. The sack reminded me of that NY Giant sack that ended Montana's career in SF, when he sacked Joe from behind really HARD, and broke Joe's finger. Afterwards, McNabb's backup was seen warming-up as if he was going to go in. But McNabb came back, but you can clearly see that he's like 60%.

He probably can do extra points- but not kickoffs. Wonder about FG's?

He should get an Oscar for his performance. You know they pumped him full of painkillers during halftime and he still got out there and acted like a girl when he was kicking. I admire the effort but I could do without the dramatic acting and falling on the ground in pain. Geez.

I can't say that I have seen a ton of Raiders games, but everyone I have seen the last few seasons, Janikowski misses a FG. Really hurt his team today.
