Are the reason why #7 and #11 do what they do on the field. I just watched a clip of Harris challenging Diggs, players like stuff like that. We all know how Quinn is with Micah. I hope we don't lose these coaches anytime soon. Great job coaches, please give your thoughts

Jerry will need to pony up with big contracts to keep them.
With Quinn, it may not just be about being a HC, as the situation will need to be right.

As does he think he can take a bad team and turn them around. Or is the team decent enough to turn them around in a year.
Maybe, if Dallas gets close this year, say make it to the NFCCG (somehow) does he stay to get that ring the following year, or a better chance at it over a team that may take 3 years to build.

Loved the Al Harris hiring from minute one.

Haven’t seen Dallas DBs this aggressive since 1981.

Brown and Lewis were meh before he showed up, and they are now both solid contributors.

But he may be a guy who is a great DB coach yet not necessarily a great DC. Same as Quinn at HC.

Strange since Harris is a MM guy, not a Quinn guy, and Jerry’s mish mosh of coaches don’t usually work out so well.

I’m sure it will be recognized and he will get his shot at DC somewhere. It’s well deserved.

I want to keep Both ..... If that means making Quinn head coach and Al DC then so be it ....... You cannot lose them.

I like McCarthy but not enough to lose Quinn and Harris.

I still remember going to the Eagles training camp when Todd Pinkston was a rookie. Eagles fans were so gung ho that Pinkston was a stud. I watched Al Harris literally throw him into the fence at camp and not let him get off the line at all during the entire practice. I knew the guy was a bust and Eagles fans kept defending him.

Yeah it's a good system. Hope it keeps up.

Reminder that Aaron Glenn was being talked about as a future Head Coach and is now on the chopping block in Detroit their Defense is so bad. Football is hard.

The thing is all these coaches are MM's guys, he brought them all in. He did retain Leon Lett, but demoted him to an assistant DL coach. I think he kept a few other, but since been replaced.
Except wonder idiot Moore.
He is Jerry's guy. But Moore has done well with game plans over all with Rush. It is just he has brain farts during the games at times.

Jerry allowed MM to hire his own staff, to the disbelief of many, except Moore. Though MM said he wanted him to stay, not to mess us the rapport on the offense.
That no one believes, not even me.

There is no Coaching Salary cap. If they want to stay in Dallas money won’t be an issue. The Joneses meddling will be an issue.
