Al Harris has agreed to terms with the Bears as passing game coordinator

Al Harris is a good coach. You can see it even just watching the game (see Digg's first INT this year, where the first person he goes to is Harris). Whether he becomes a DC or not doesn't matter. He's good at coaching DBs and the players love him. I hope he continues to do well in his career cause he's a good dude.

It's at the point where I'm not upset about losing good coaches and players, they deserve a competent franchise to work for.

It's just unbelievable the Bears have passed us.

Is Poles pulling a Jerry by signing a defensive pass game coordinator before a DC? Jerry Jones the trendsetter!
