Respectfully disagree. Murray only completed 9 of 24 passes, for the first time our secondary wasn't the problem. The defense actually played fine in the first quarter, the Cards didn't have a pass over 15 yards until they were already up by 14.

I don't really judge defenses after its a blowout, no one wants to hear this but the Cards a good team, Murray is very talented and any team is going to lose if they fumble like Zeke did.

1. His safeties are garbage. None of them are starters. They are AWFUL.

2. Most of these games he was missing his top 3 corners. Brown, Awuzie and Lewis have all missed significant time.

Somewhere along the line. Our pea brained front office decided that the safety positions don’t matter. They literally decided that hey, 2 out of 11 starters on defense don’t matter and we can just throw anyone out there.

One TD was from 20 yards because of a Zeke fumble and the last 70 yard TD run at the end was when the defense began a monopoly game without notifying the refs. Its a dirty trick by the cards to actually run a play while our DL was still putting the pieces on the board.

The Cards are a good team and this would have been close without the Zeke fumbles. Or without the injuries to Dak and Martin. It was a garbage game but every team gets those at some point, the real question is how they play next week.

The run gaps break down, signal calls, players on all levels across the board out of position and dl..lb..secondary..its all being felt.

Imo, that starts with the DC nolan, he oversees the entire defense, he should be making the adjustments and interactions with his position coaches and players

Per Jane Slater in 105.3 Fan g bag nation interview, per her report, players simply not buying into new coaches and they are losing them.

Murray only completed 9/24 passes because A. The cardinals were messing themselves up with miscommunication, not because our defense was playing good, and B. Kyler hasn’t even been that great of a passer here lately. He’s been more dangerous with his legs than anything. His stats show that.
