Al Johnson released

He was too small for the NFL, and now being injury prone isn't helping him any, maybe he ends up in Miami with Parcells.

Sad to see, had high hopes for the guy, and was excited he came here.

I guess his fortune lies with an Arena league or the CFL.

I'd say his injury settlement will be far more than any fortune he could get in either of those leagues.

He was starting and playing well for the Cardinals, but his knees were always a ticking time bomb and they finally gave out on him.

this guy was the FIRST center taken in the draft that year....all Parcells ever did was complain about how small he was...which really puzzled me...like he shrunk after we drafted him. I can recall a small center, Mark Stepnoski, do just fine in Dallas.

Al Johnson getting blown up 5 yards deep into Bledsoe is a sight I do not miss....

That roll was taken by Procter.... He's always being blown up ... argh!

He did an interview on BAD Radio during the week of the Arizona Game.

Said he just hated Arizona and was just waiting to be released.

When asked who he was pulling for, he actually stated that he was pulling for the Cowboys, even though he was still on the Arizona Roster.

He's not always getting blown up. Are you just making this up or taking someone else's word for it?
