Just watched his trick shot video on You tube

I'm sure this means nothing in the NFL, but what the hell... this guy is my pet cat for the year. Would love to stash him for a couple of years and see what we have.

Anyone else see Tanney in that show "Superhuman"? He has unbelievable accuracy when he locks onto a target.

Each time I see videos like this the first thing that goes through my mind is if he was as accurate as the video portrays, why does he need guys standing by his targets?

I'm not questioning his abilities or accuracy, only that he could have easily taken 100 throws to make one of those throws in the video.

That said, it will be fun to watch him this preseason especially when the other team's on-the-bubble players are coming after him. :D

I'm sure most if not all of those shots took many many takes and some creative editing

I saw it and it was amazing. The guy proved that he doesnt need "100" shots to hit his target. He is accurate almost everytime. Of course it doesnt mean he will even make team, but his accuracy is top notch.

At least he's getting a lot of reps.
But can he hit a running garbage can, from the library, against an NFL blitz?

Saw it for the 2nd time last night around midnight. I had forgotten about the segment where he hit the target at 50 yards 5 times in a row and the digital sensor underneath showed his average throw was 2 inches from dead center. Five 50 yard throws in a row hit a target the size of a paper plate with an average of 2 inches from dead center. Yes, you heard that right.

The way they portrayed it on the show Superhumans is that he was able to do each throw on the first attempt. It's possible they edited out a bunch of misses but they made it seem like he did all the throws the first time.

Pretty cool tricks that show some real uncanny accuracy and some arm strength as well. Bet he & Romo will have some fun with it.

True whether or not he actually makes the roster is a different story but looking forward to seeing him perform in the Pre-Season over some of the stiffs we've had at the #3/4 QB position in the past.

Practice Squad Candidate?

The guy came from a low level of competition but totally dominated at that level. So he's not just some trick shot artist who doesn't know how to play the game.

It may take time to get him to think at NFL speed and do the things that QBs at this level have to do. But he does have NFL measurables in arm strength, size and athleticism. He seems to be an ideal PS candidate or if he looks really good a #3 developmental QB.

Romo better watch his back. He could lose his position, then this guy will have to take over.

Is he #3???? Because he was winging it out there at Camp today. I actually really like this kids upside he just seemed on point and very confident with where he was going with the ball and ball placement
