Yes he's that good.
I would take him in the 2nd and not give it a second thought.
The other TE I'm really high on is Troy Fumagalli from Wisconsin.

Projected Round (2018): 4-6.
12/2/17: Baugh has 22 catches for 243 yards and five touchdowns this season, but he has played better than the numbers indicate.

7/17/17: In 2016, Baugh chipped in 24 receptions for 269 yards with two touchdowns. He has good size to be a blocking 'Y' tight end in the NFL.

Projected top two rounds. Be shocked of they dont draft a TE first two rounds. They need one of those as bad as they need LBs.

I like Andrews a lot but I don't think I would trade up for a tight end, unless he runs a 4.5 or better. It will be interesting to see how fast he runs at the combine. Anyone know his college 40 time?
