That is a touchdown by Calvin. Sorry. It would be an ultimate joke if it's not.
I agree. He had control in the end zone.

I always thought if you had possession in the endzone, it was a TD. Thought the rule only applied outside the endzone.

Just fantasy points now, though.
Yeah, but it was still a pretty pass...

Hmmm.. switched over to Den/Jax. Orton doesn't look half bad.

Girl, the eagles/packers game is on.

Mike Pereira has already agreed with that Detroit robbery........ :bang2:

No kidding....that was ridiculous.

Did any of you see that play where the refs jobbed Detroit on a should-have-been game winning catch?

Unbelievable call....Continuation? AFTER crossing the goal line? Give me a break.

I guess spiking the ball after a td in the EZ is now a fumble?

Thats it right call. Watch the former VP of Ref comment on it before you start your conspiracy theories. I hate that call, but its correct according to rules.

He was pretty sure of himself at first, but then kinda softened his stance a bit after a few replays.

Funny how it works now--controversial call, and Pereira just popped up on the screen like the Great Gazoo on Fred Flintstone's shoulder.

More corruption benefitted the Illinois boys.

Big surprise. <sarcasm>

its not a conspiracy theory.....and i dont need anyone to explain to me what i just saw.....he caught it ...two feet down ....hit ground rolled out of it and left the ball on ground......as soon as he caught and 2 feet hit...TD...anything after that means nothing

Agreed. He not only caught it with two feet down. He hit the ground first and then he let go of the ball. He had complete control of the ball the moment he caught it.

My problem with that play: If he just tosses the ball away instead of putting it down, it's a TD.
