our defense was PITIFUL monday. they are too blame, along with possibly some playcalling, o-line for our lack of scoring. but come on... our defense couldn't get off the field.

it came to a point where the announcers were praising Jeff Garcia for 30 minutes straight, like he is headed straight to the hall of fame. and by the way he shredded our defense, our D made him look like a damn hall of famer.

blame the terrible defense guys. not T.O.

after all. who did have our only score. hm. o yea...

You hit the nail on the head there. The media has hammered "TO TO TO" enough so that more and more people blame him for all the teams troubles.

I'd like to see Owens play with a better hand. It's obvious that he's basically playing with one hand and it's pretty admirable that he's out there when he could've had season ending surgery instead.

What's rough is his route running, as Andrea Kremer and Madden reported that his route running has been weak and he tends to run out of bounds on his routes a lot (like I mentioned after the Saints game and somehow it was Romo's fault).

My blame is on Zimmer. The defense isn't going to win many games playing like that. At first I used to think he was an average D-Coordinator who could be good if he could figure out ways to improve a pass rush. But we've changed head coaches, personnell, schemes and even improved the offense by quite a bit and it hasn't helped increase our sacks total very much.

But what's really bad is how much they are getting killed on the short passes to the flats, a lot of them being to fullbacks who are the last option and he simply seems clueless on how to stop it. Not to mention that EVERY single season he's been coordinator the defense has fizzled in the second half of the season.

Getting him gone isn't the exact solution, but it's a step in the right direction. He is what he is, he can't coordinator a championship defense.

You can't lay all the blame on TO. It was a team effort. What I hold against him is this, catch the passes thrown to you BEFORE you go crying about wanting more thrown your way. I just wonder where this idea that TEAMS win or lose games not individuals was while Drew Bledsoe was the QB?

There's a reason people like Harrison, Tomlinson, Bress, Manning (the good one) don't have their every action conducted under a microscope... They're not fools. They don't ask for it.

There's a reason countless posts aren't started questioning Witten, Barber, Crayton and Glenn... There's no question about them. Not as teammates, not as players.

Our offense scored 7 points the entire game because our QB apeared disinterested at best at completing a pass. Probably why he went undrafted.
