I want to see the young ones play.
Or are we still in glory/folly mode to win 9 games?
Yoda, at last show some sense.

T Smith has been injured all season why not shut him down. No reason to risk some of your key players if you can get them a head start on recovery.

Get the others on the field to see what you have to work with.

Dallas has severely lacked roster depth for the last 20 years. There is not much to see here.

That just makes too much sense. You're just gonna get more Murray and Sam Williams.

Specifically which ones do you want to see?

Round 1, No. 12: Tyler Booker, G, Alabama (has played)
Round 2, No. 44: Donovan Ezeiruaku, DE, Boston College (has played)
Round 3, No. 76: Shavon Revel Jr., CB, East Carolina (has played)
Round 5, No. 149: Jaydon Blue, RB, Texas (red shirt year)
Round 5, No. 152: Shemar James, LB, Florida (has played)
Round 6, No. 204 (from Lions): Ajani Cornelius, OL, Oregon (just played)
Round 7, No. 217: Jay Toia, DT, UCLA (has played)
Round 7, No. 239: Phil Mafah, RB, Clemson (on IR)
Round 7, No. 247: Tommy Akingbesote, DT, Maryland (with Bills)

No way Dallas or any team can sit out any uninjured starters on national TV on Christmas Day. You just cannot do that to the fans or your TV partners who are responsible for the huge salaries.

Exactly how did Cornelius just play, h s been on IR for the last 3 1/2 weeks... and was a scratch because of a knee injury for at least a month prior to going on IR!

Here is a novela idea.
Look at many as possible, and the game-time reps might spark something in a couple.

See who exactly? Blue? They have all played but in no way does Dallas give them more playing time. Jerry still has tickets and merchandise to sell.

Spoken like a true fan. Right you are, lad.

Exactly, duds such as Blue!
For example, let's see Blue a lot.
1. You find out if Blue should be kept, waived or traded.
2. You rest/protect our diamond in the rough Williams.
3. And we don't dig ourselves further down in the draft ;)
Again, Blue is just an example.
