That speed to close the gap is freaking scary. On some of those plays he's all the way on the other side and comes flying at you like a bat out of hell.

That sack at 1:24 is hopefully we'll see a lot more of with a healthy Law/RG at the ends

Which is why he should not be dropping back into coverage at all. He needs to be blitzing and the best thing would be delayed blitzes. Pause for a second then shoot out of a cannon! This defense needs to be built around him the same as in basketball. I believe they used to call it a box one or box and one where the 4 defenders would form a box zone and one defender would roam free to wreak havoc and throw off the offense.
Basically you would allow Micah free reign on passing downs and on running downs allow him to read and react to the run first, screen second and if neither happen he’s free to take off after the QB. No assignment for anyone other than the QB!

Yes, play him at LB but just use him in different blitz packages. Blitz him from the edge, blitz him from the middle, have him blitz using stunts, have him do delayed blitzes, run blitzes and on obvious passing downs, just line him up at DE
