All of our games have been decided, one way or another, by a total of 16 points. A tick over 3 points per game.

Trying to figure out if we are that good or that bad.

Our last 11 games have been decided by 4 points or less. Every single stinkin' one of them. The Cowboys are trying to kill me.

I'm hoping and praying that next week, at home vs. the Rams, will break the streak. But I'm not optimistic.

All we can hope for is, at least cowboys beat Rams comfortably and not make it another drama.

I hated the loss but not as bad as Jets or Lions, since both were in control. This one never felt like Cowboys would win it. At least I didn't.

it is the same problem. this team can not run the football in the fourth quarter and do not know how to execute on defense in the fourth quarter. the lions game the cowboys needed to run the football with lead and gave the game away. the problem today on the last drive before the defense failed again on a key fourth quarter drive this team could not run the clock out and win. until this team learns how to do run the ball and play defense in fourth quarter we are no more then a six win season.

This is the stat that concerns me most when people start talking about us going on a run and being 8-3. I do see some improvement in different areas week to week, and even saw some in game adjustments from Garrett (No huddle offense) (Although to be fair he might have just been copying Belicheck)

I keep trying to be a realist when it comes to these games, to the point where I tell myself that just being competitive in certain games would make me happy. Then they come out and put themselves in a position to win only to grasp defeat from the jaws of victory. :bang2:

It's almost unbearable to be a fan of this team, much less a die hard fan. I keep hoping that these tough losses and wins will build some character. Combine this with Garrett making some improvements, getting healthy, an easier upcoming schedule, and an offensive line trying to come together and I'm hoping we can turn the corner.

I'm just hoping that we can do it by more than 4 points a game for my sanity's sake.

How does that make sense? You are bad when you getting blown out most of the time and keep some games close. Or you one of those "realists"?
