All or Nothing released

I like what I see from Garrett. After getting punched in the mouth in Denver and Jerry steps in to soften the blow after the game. Jerry is the one coddling the players. I have been hard on Garrett but hard to do when Jerry is babying the players
Don't you dare go to the dark side. Garrett must go!

I don’t remember the cursing being bleeped out when I watched the last couple seasons. Any reason why it is for this season?

Also so far, and I don’t want to start an argument, you can tell how Dooley had to baby Dez to not get him upset

You must have watched the clean version. They have the unrated and the clean version.

Marinelli film piece was the best clip so far.

I watched them and didn't learn anything new but is there a better job out there than what Rich Dalrymple has?? Sign me up to follow the team around and get access to everything :muttley:

No worries. The more I watch, the less impressed I am with Garrett. I guess it was the shock of him being different than what I expected but it wears off pretty quick. He is still just a bunch of buzz phrases, cliches, and double speak but with a little more enthusiasm and cussing.

Man I couldn't agree with you more, I thought that I couldn't be less impressed with JG until I saw him behind the scenes. Just a whole bunch of catch phrases and slogans and im only on the 5th episode.

How do you spend 10 minutes talking to the practice squad about giving more effort? They're barely on the team, they should be giving the most effort.

Also JJ is too busy giving these players excuses and credit for effort, if the top guy doesn't demand winning and no excuses that will trickle down.

Tying to wrap my head around it. What he is saying really isn’t wrong. I guess he just spends so much time and energy peaching effort when effort should be the minimum expectation for any professional.

I’m sure you have but go watch season one with Bruce Arians and the Cardinals and then come back and watch this one and you come away even less impressed with Garrett

No I haventh but funny you talked about the Cardinals because my wife was watching and asked if they did this with other teams and how was it behind the scenes.

I couldn’t picture Emmitt doing it. He had a work ethic 2nd to none.

Well your picture is wrong. It is well know that he had done it. It came out after Jimmy Johnson cut this LB that we received in a trade (forgot his name) who fell asleep in a meeting. The media asked him about why did he get cut him for doing what Emmitt had done. Jimmy stated “he isn’t Emmitt Smith”. Lol

Yeah, in college catch phrases may work because the new players are coming in every year but these are pros, grown men they need football IQ, adjustments and accountability from the head coach.

Go give it a look. Arians is intense and demands a lot from the players. Also the team and position meetings are completely different. Dooley trying to meet with the wr is just comical. Dez controlled the meeting with Dooley with Dooley apologizing for any upsetting comments. Lol. We have the talent to win I just don’t know if coaches can get us there

Jerry babied Dez right out the door.

You have to make sure you are watching the unrated version to hear it unedited.

Here's what I got from the show:

-Dez made situations much worse than they needed to be. He didn't have the ability to overcome the bad things. He amplified it. Doesn't seem smart.
-It illustrated how hard it was when Lee, Smith, Bailey and Elliott were out.
-Scandrick was just as much a negative in some regard. Sloppy and lazy on the field like Dez at times.
-One of the best players and most important pieces with the most impact was Lawrence. He was fantastic on and off.
-Dooley is a fainting goat. When JG played videos of him falling down I cried laughing. He was also unable to keep Dez focused.
- Dak is a better leader than most think.
-Marinelli's videos were great.
-It felt like Witten was in the process of dealing with retirement before the season was over.
-I like Brown our RB's coach.
-It showed what really is being said, not what fans imagine.
-Lastly, I liked the show but I feel it added a large amount of pressure to the team. The distraction must have been difficult.
But if it might as well have happened last season because we faced a lot of obstacles.

Dooley could do nothing. He’s a joke however I can see the need to remove Dez so that a new wr coach can hold the room how he sees fit not what would coddle Dez
