....and this still happens. You're never going to be able to take the violence and injuries out of football. QBs will always end up concussed or have someone roll up onto their ankles or hit their knees. Football is simply based around violence.

Now the entire nation sees Rudolph knocked out, the media goes into a frenzy, Earl Thomas has to go teary eyed in an interview and talk about how he never wants anyone hurt, and next off season I'm sure stricter rules will be in place.

Sucks for Mason Rudolph, but this is the game and it comes with the territory.

Speaking of rules to protect the QB. I remember last season in the Saints game Gregory being flagged for tackling the QB low. He was already on the ground and swiped at the legs. I have seen the same thing this week on numerous occasions with no flag. Tackling the QB at the legs with no flag. Bosa tonight did it.
