We have a Qb that cannot control his bad tendencies,No running games,no Oline. Horrid O play calling. I sure hope we get the right OC and we draft heavily on the trenches.

Can't start fixing the O-line and running game until FA starts and the draft comes.

Maybe we see offense coaching changes when the defense is finished.

I wonder who we will bring in for oc now that norv is probably off to Cleveland

Both sides of the ball are a problem. The defense isn't consistent and doesn't force turnovers. Offensively we can't run the ball and commit far too many pre snap penalties that end up killing drives.

Wonder if Marv Levy has anything left in the tank.

I officially hate Jerry Jones.

If we don't get an offensive coordinator then we're going to be a 7 win team next season unless Jerry pulls off a miracle and builds an amazing oline.

As long as Romo is healthy, you and I could coach this team to somewhere between 6-8 wins.

This is true. The team will always go as far as the offense takes them. The best we can hope for on defense is turnovers. As an indoor team, it's tough to field a shutdown defense long-term.

Ah...Marv Levy who had one of the greatest quotes ever.

Reporter: Coach is next week a must win for the Bills?
Levy: No. WWII was a must win.

At 88 he would probably need a walker or some motorized buggy to get around on the sidelines. Jerry could set a precedent by hiring the first wheel chaired bound HC. Instead of Gatorade showers after big wins Levy is showered with prune juice.

We also have a defense that couldn't create turnovers, get pressure on the qb, stop the other team from scoring especially after we scored, couldn't get off the field on first down. I'm pretty sure almost 99.99% sure the offense will be addressed as well. Be patient.

Offense = 6th with 2 first round picks
Defense = 19th with 4 first round picks

Did anyone that posts on here actually watch the games. The defense was the biggest problem. Yea everyone is gonna remember Tony's INT. But did you forget all the games that the so called awful offense lead late game comebacks. Yea the comebacks were partially the offenses fault for slow starts but they eventually got going and put up points. The problem was once we got back in the game or ahead late the defense would turn right around and give it back. It has been that way ever since before Rob was here. We need a defense that will make the stops once the offense has gotten a lead. I imagine Tony's numbers might be better and game management might be better if we ever led for most of the game. Offense needs more consistency and I think the OL is the problems for the lack of consistency. If this gets fixed the offense will be fine but I am tired of being tied or in the lead late in games only to know for about a 99% fact that the other team is going down to take the lead back on our defense. Yes we had lots of injuries but still something was not right with this defense even before injuries. This hiring may or may not solve the problem but I imagine a full year of Lee and Carter will make a bigger difference than whomever the coordinator is.

One last comment who thinks with Lee and Carter on the field that we can contain RGIII. I most certainly do. I think a 4-3 with a good line frees these 2 guys up to do like cowboys linebackers of old did. I am excited about next year if we have a strong draft. We were in it until the end with half a defense.

I agree that the Offense needs less help. Yes the OL needs work, but we still have the skill positions set. The Defense never had that killer instinct that Ryan was supposed to bring. I don't know if it was because it was too complex or that Ryan couldn't teach it, either way, they looked confused a lot. The injuries hurt but I love the idea of Lee and Carter, with Mo and Carr.

Get some big ole DTs in the draft or FA
Finally pay for or draft a real S

Thats why this is such a brilliant smokr screen from the propaganda minstry at valley ranch. Jasons awful gamemangement and underperforming offense are totally off the radar.

We are obviously stuck with Garrett and Romo, but at least we know what they are. They are capable of big games and putting points on the board quickly. With a better D the margin of error should be a lot bigger and hopefully we won't be behind every game. Hopefully a new OC or at least the threat of one, will force JG to step it up.

I have no problem with switching to the 4-3 as long as it doesn't mean we spend our entire draft and free agency on the defense. If switching to the 4-3 can allow us to save money and still go offense early in the draft, I'm all for it. If switching to the 4-3 means the offense will remain completely the same, I'm against it.
