you would think every team in the NFL is set to make 2 or 3 major trades every year but the fact is only a hanfull of trades go down when it is all said and done....unlike baseball and basketball, NFL trades are hard to do because of cap issues, collective bargaining agreement etc., and so you never see that many trades taking place (although the past 2 years have seen an increase.....even on draft day most teams move around trading current and future draft choices with an occasional JAG thrown in for good measure...
....and of course, every player from another team who is professed to be on the block always seems to be coming to the Cowboys, but the bottom line is that the almighty dollar (highest bidder !)

Its just that time of the year. People love the nfl, and when it goes away the networks and the internet media need to keep it going. So places like pro football talk write columns everytime bill belichick brushes his teeth or jerry jones eats a french fry.

The trades are difficult and rare, yes, but speculation isn't always blown out of proportion. There is a very real possibility that we trade for DMac or for Roy Williams, and I'm sure every team has a couple of them.

Well only one team ever wins the Superbowl, doesn't stop the fans from cheering on their team. ;)

Kind of gets tiring seeing post after post with these trades that will never happen.
