Iowa State's AD even left a late-night message on Garrett's Valley Ranch voice mail.

It simply said, "Uhhh, yeaaaa. Never mind!"

I was one of the early ones on Superpunk's Red Jesus sarcastic bandwagon, but it was more because Garrett was prematurely annointed eek as a genius than that he was doing a bad job. But last night... I don't know what we were doing on offense. That 3rd and 1 option-looking pitch to Choice? Just like in Pittsburgh, we run something weird and unfamiliar on a critical play. Shouldn't he be making progress as a young coach? I don't see it.
