Thanks for the input guys. The school system mentions were important, I have 3 young kids. One starting 6th grade, one starting 4th and one just getting ready to enter Kindergarden. My oldest has high functioning Autism so it's very important to m wife and I that the schools are strong.

Allen is nice, but WAY too far from D/FW. That'd be an hour drive to the stadium. You'd be limited to hanging out in Allen and Plano, unless you don't mind driving 45 minutes to and from Dallas. I'd say live in the Hurst-Euless-Bedford area. It's nice, close to Dallas and Ft. Worth, and you can take Industrial straight to the stadium with no traffic (10 minutes).

I agree, with no traffic, if you jump on 75, you would be in Dallas in about 15-20 minutes.

Now if we are talking rush hour traffic, that is a different story.

But Allen to Arlington is pretty far. My mom and sister live in South Arlington and I hated driving over there from Allen or even where I live now. It is about an hour and a half drive.

That's key. The schools are strong there and the district is wealthy enough to have good programs for kids with Autism.
