I always get puckered up in special places in June and July. One more week to go.
Young players with idle time and money to burn is a bad concoction. Many of them spend these weeks in Vegas or Miami Beach before the grind of training camp arrives.
So far, nothing that bad has happened. Terrance Williams pulled a dumb one, and Zeke pissed off a room full of fantasy football dorks. David Irving is just David Irving, so that was virtually expected. Jerry has his noodle under wraps.
Otherwise, all is quiet on the western front. The really bad stuff is happening in other ports of call with other teams, which is fine by us all.
Injuries will be the big worry soon, but players will be close by where they can be watched.
We must now hold our collective breath for a wee bit longer.
