While generally still crushed by defeat, thought I'd sum up some positives coming up and hopefully our world will be a happier place.
(1) Cortez is gone!
(2) Our Defense is really close to becoming great. I can smell it. It smells like...victory!
(3) We play Arizona at home next week!
(4) The rest of the NFC East hasn't even played each other. They'll beat on each other and somebody is guaranteed to lose!
(5) We're 2-1 in the division!
(6) We get a bye the following week. We really, really could use it!
(7) We don't play until the following Monday Night. That's 15 days to rest and plot!
(8) Julius will be back with plenty of rest and lively legs for the stretch run!
(9) Philly has to play a late Sunday Night game at Washington the week before they play us!
(10) We play Detroit after the Monday Night game in Philly. That's like another 10 days of rest!
(11) After hosting Denver on Thanksgiving, we get another 10 days of rest!
(12) Patrick Crayton's back! (positive thoughts)
(13) We get to make up for the Monday Night Debacle by knocking the Commanders out of playoff contention week 15 at our second home field!
(14) Dan Snyder's face after the game in the owner's box!
(15) Even if we only make the playoffs as a wildcard, we would probably play the "champion" of the NFC North -- and all those teams stink!
