DaMeco Ryans would have to be an absolute moron of the highest order to leave any of his corners one on one against Cooper. Since I don't believe he is .. I don't think Cooper sees any one on one coverage.. Moore needs to utilize route combinations that occupy the safeties long enough for Coop to do his man dirty. Wilson to the post and Jarwin up the seams will be just what the doctor ordered.

IMO, we need to feed him, feature him and make them change their defense because of it. Then we hit them with a heavy dose of Pollard inside, outside and in the pass game.

Those two alone will open up the entire offense.

Dak seems to like throwing to him. Maybe because the defense is busy with Coop and Lamb. But in any case Ced seems to do well with the opportunities he's given and as you said, I wouldn't be surprised if he has a nice game.
