Not sure, but my Dad was my coach.

Get up and set the example. Lol. I remember breaking an ankle and Dad finally took me for x-rays. They asked how many previous breaks I had. Told them some mild sprains, then they showed me the x-rays. 3 breaks that had healed. For some reason at 50 years old, I tend to drift to the left when walking.

He has a history of plying injured Played at least 1 year with a foot injury that needed surgery He got that fixed finally.
