amazing, awful penalities

Its amazing how of course everyone on here ignore the problem with this team.. It HAS been the problem for over 5 years... The amount of penalities this team takes is a complete joke.. YOu CANNOT compete in tis league doing it week after week.. THis team is SO flawed, we are in so much trouble

The only people ignoring these penalties are those on Jerry's payroll.

Problem is that it's happening to a lot of stars (Witten, Ware, etc.), supposed- to-be stars (Tyron) and big money guys (Free), and that they don't appear to be getting any better at negating them.

When these guys do it as often as they do, it can be very deflating.

The coaching staff appears to have done so. Either that or they're incompetent when it comes to correcting them.

will be Red's undoing: no different than when Wade or the poodle coached the team. Heck, Chan Gailey had better discipline: at leas the players CONCENTRATED and listened to the man: 13 penalties? At home? Just a joke.....I don't see this team winning 8 games. I said 7 before the season but that might be 1 or 2 high. They simply suck.

People don't want to hear this but we were committing penalties back when Parcells was here. So if that's an example of "discipline" then Parcells fell victim too. Wade's defense in Houston sure doesn't have any problem with being discipline.

Someday, someone will get on board with my stance on the "core."

The longtime leaders - Ware, Witten, etc. - of this team are killing us on penalties and turnovers (Romo).

These guys have been here FOREVER with the same results, and we get the same team results, and yet, everyone is still shocked why we constantly underperform.

We need so many more Lees on this team — guys are are great players AND leaders who can replace the oldtimers in the leadership roles.

....how could I forget Big Bill? They were horrible under him too....but when he said we must have the DUMBEST players in the league he was right: and he's right now. That's why I personally think the wonderlic matters; yeah I know I'm in the minority...but you can't coach the STUPID out of alot of these guys, it just can't be done: Poodle, Parcells, Wade and Now Red: FOUR COACHES THAT HAVE FAILED TRYING....so it's the players? Then replace them for god sakes.

Pretty simple. Especially the older and declining guys who CONSTANTLY do it: yeah, this year that includes Witten. He's in outer space and hurting this team tremendously. Play Hanna and sit his old, hurt butt until he can contribute: love that loyalty Red; keep it up and it'll cost you your job.

.....agree 100%...but we've been saying that for about 12 years or more now. Why can't a coach making over 3 mil per year with a Princeton degree figure it OUT? I have been in Jason Garrett's corner since day ONE: NEVER been a hater but the product on the field is hot GARBAGE........and the fact he can't figure it out is maddening

Why are most penalties committed? That's what you need to realize first. They are committed because the players are either out of position or just getting beat. Offensive linemen hold when they got beat. They have false starts when they are so concerned over getting beat that they try to get off early.

This team has an offensive line that is awful. It's already changed our play calling and opponents defense gameplan. They will continue to commit penalties because they are inferior to the men they are lined up across from.

You are right, Bill did say that and it was true. Those players are all gone and the same thing happened to Wade and now Red. Whats the constant in the equation?
