They've always been great. The only thing I hate is they stop taking online orders on Saturdays due to their "religion". It's a pain in the arse, but you deal with it because they generally have good prices and heck. Order today get it tomorrow. That most likely won't be the case for you, but I sure love it! hah

I buy a lot of DVDs on amazon and the packaging is terrible. I received one set in an oversized box with no packing material. One of the discs shook loose and was all scratched up. In the mean time the price of the item dropped so I requested a return and refund and reordered it. I shipped it back in the same box I received it in. They only credited half of what I paid for it. In other words the condition they shipped it to me in discounted the value by 50%. I finally ended up to the good but had to spend way too much time talking to them to get it fixed.

If the company you are buying from has a physical presence in your state you have to pay State Sales Tax

Amazon has a lot of distribution warehouses and one of them must be in your State

There are at this current time no Amazon warehouses in Oklahoma I am aware of.

Then I am stumped.......... maybe OK made a law to protect their brick and mortar businesses

I know sometimes on Paypal I pay tax and sometimes I don't

Don't know.
Bought a couple things about 2 months ago on Amazon and there was no tax.
Did go ahead and purchase what I wanted on Newegg, and there was no tax.
