Really unless you require ultimate high performance FOR a GOOD reason, AMD is the way to go.

Bottom line is that the processors do not really matter that much anymore.

AMD is cheaper and that is the real difference, practically speaking.

However if you find what you want and it has an Intel in it grab it.

I have had AMD products and INTEL products and whoopie do.

(don't get a Dell)

I only buy Intel. I've never had good luck with AMD.
