I was expecting a really nifty meme.

Anyway, I am a believer that a team goes as their offensive line goes.

How bad is it?

Did anyone ever expect to regret seeing Connor McGovern hobbling off the field? Could anyone predict that would be thinking, "Oh no! McGovern is injured and has to be replaced. We are in trouble now"?

That's how bad it is.

And if you think that tossing Peters in there is going to help, think again. Once the injury bug finds a vulnerable place on the team, it just keeps on biting. There are 16 more games.

Yes. Farniok had 1 or 2 bad plays, yet he was never allowed to start and practice with the starters all summer long. Big mistake. Yet, considering the circumstances, Farniok did ok plugging in at Left Guard. Who else on the Oline would you like to talk about?

No one else worth discussing. Just wondered what you thought of your boy's performance after saying the oline stunk.

The Dallas Cowboys 2022 season is over barely after their first game. Too many ignorant fools running that organization and coaching that team. What a total embarrassment and one of the worst performances in franchise history they displayed tonight on national TV. It doesn't matter, their season is over now that they are without a quality starting QB, quality offensive line, quality starting wide receivers and quality coaches and management. The butt end of jokes this team has turned into. If you bring in a new head coach, he will want to bring in his own coaching assistants and new coaching philosophy and playbook. That will take several years for the remaining group of players to fully master on the field, so what is better? Stay with the same coach/coaches and playbook? What a mess.

No.....gotta blow up the coaching staff. Jerry has to ride this embarrassment into getting a REAL coach like Payton. Its the ONLY shred of hope. If he can get Quinn to stay, great. If not, whatever. Moore has to go, MM has to do.

I felt the Cowboys should have used their 3rd round pick this year on Cincinnati's QB, Desmond Ridder. He's got the size, speed and arm strength to develop into a good QB. He only needs a good NFL throwing coach and a coach who can intellectually groom him. Using a future 1st round pick on a QB is risky considering there are so many other holes to fix currently on this Offense.

What killed me today was I wanted the Cowboys to use one of those 5th round picks on York that stud kicker from college. The kid kicked like a 58 yarder to win it for his team today.

As much as Prescott sucked today, QB isnt the issue. But if we get a top 5 pick and there a talented young QB we should take him. Problem is that we ALL KNOW Jerry will never do it.

How about being honest here? When Biadasz had one or two bad plays, you would make a thread about it with video. LOL

I think its safe to say that neither guy is ever going to be a stud. Senseless to stake your 8% body fat center reputation on a 7th round pick like Farniok. Almost feels like when people were arguing over Quincy Carter and Chad Hutchinson.

Well lets remember what happenend when the Cowboys went 1-15 the last time. I'm not saying this will happen over the next couple of months, but the true problem is, that we had so many "successful" seasons, aka +.500. In my opinion that was / is a major factor for the lack of change. Even many fans here called the last season a success when it was not. And I guess Pinky and the Brain in the FO think the same way.

I think we have to have a really bad year at least once so everyone can see that change is necessary. Being mediocre or even a little bit above mediocre won't get us anywhere.

Now the weird thing is, I'm not giving up on the season yet. Maybe this game was an eye opener. But whatever happens, it has to be fueled by drastic change. In personnel, in structure and in mindset.

I'm a real fan, unlike the troll you are. This team would still have a chance if this Oline had been seriously addressed in recent years. You can have Aaron Rodgers at QB and Davante Adams at WR, but if your Oline stinks, you're not going to accomplish much. Even Nate Newton has been saying the same in recent weeks.

People tend to forget, Including the owners apparently, our QB needs a supporting cast. Look at Philly and Miami. Those QBs stink, but they have a pretty good supporting cast.

You were so confident and your hopes were so high.

Ready to attack anyone that didn’t share your confidence.

Now look at ya.

Well ya going 0-2 maybe even 2-3/2-4 was expected but when the starting QB goes down suddenly even that becomes optimistic.

Dallas had at one time 4 1st round picks (or would have been in the case of Collins) on the OL and last season had 3 (Smith, Martin, Collins) and even then it didn't help. While I get your frustrations, there is no denying this team as a whole has done nothing in 26+ years regardless of talent.

Not sure a kicker would help this team and as for a new coaching staff. do you really think Sean Payton could have fixed what the nation saw on the field last night?

We will likely get a look at Dan Quinn, interim head coach in a month or so.

We absolutely need to overhaul this offense. It's not all Dak, KM still hasn't adjusted. He still refuses to run the ball. He gets cute too often, and has zero feel for the hot hand.

Difference is people you called trolls and haters TOLD YOU weeks ago the OL had issues. Same with WR.

There’s a lot of shape shifting going on this AM from some fans.

I don’t blame him. He wants the team he roots for to do good. At the same time Jerry Jones has given years of proof this organization is a dumpster fire. Fans shouldn’t get mad at fans that know this and express there anger about it.

Well all want the Cowboys to be good.

The problem is it was clear they wasn't going to be.

AC spent all offseason attacking anyone that didn't share his blind confidence in this team.
