That was not a rule so PJD made the look/design of the bike the star. It obviously resonated with more people and even 2 out of the 3 "experts" chose PJD's bike.
Disagree. OCC's snowmobile/farm gator is illegal as it could possibly be. They might make it a few miles, but the first time they get stopped they'll be facing federal criminal charges for manufacture, possession, and transport of a destructive device.

Junior's design might have held up for a drive, but it is still a trailer queen.
