Why are all the haters wanting to take our name? Dallas is Americas Team. We have more superbowl appreances and will soon tie for the most superbowl wins. Notice Dallas aren't trying to be called by another nick name. Pittsburgh is the latest who wants to declare they are Americas Team. I hope Dallas we take care of business this year and smack the Steelers in the Superbowl. We had them beat last year but no crying over spilled milk. But why are all franchises coveting to be called Americas Team? Who sells the most jerseys and hats? Who draws the best ratings no matter how good or bad we are? What game is always rated higher during the season on National Television? Thats right its whoever the BOYS are playing. Actually, in listening to Franco Harris last night, he said that there were 31 teams that were the nations teams and then he said that the Steelers were the worlds team.

Here's how it goes. Some fanboy writer of another team says something to the effect that they really don't care whether or not the Cowboys are called 'America's Team.' Then they go on to erroneously complain that the Cowboys game themselves that nickname and how nobody really considers them to be 'America's Team' and how THEIR team should be called 'America's Team.' Usually this is very prominent in Wisconsin and Western Pennsylvania and whatever team is having recent success, most likely these days the Patriots. All from a bunch of people that supposedly don't care.
