I am wrting this because it is absolutely shocking that the media constantly bashes us-sometimes deservedly-but rarely in a proportionate way.
That brings me to the 'Stealers'!!
The 'Looney' Rooney's have been backers of their very own STEROID FACTORY since the 70's! Proof is in the pudding: 12 players listed in the team media guide of the 70's died before the age of 60,indirectly or directly because of steroids abuse!! At least another 20 'Stealers' bit the dust younger than 60 since the year 2000!! That is THIRTY TWO players!! The vast majority died as a result of being 'roids monkeys....they are as Illegitimate as they come!!! That is proof positive. Why is there no press about this?? Would there be if that were us...or the Raiders maybe?? Bet you my mortgage there would be. We hear now(just today) about Barry Bond's..he is just ONE player in a sport...the above example is a friggin high profile team that no one reports anything negative on! INCREDIBLE!
Thus, the 'Stealers' are America's(Teflon)Team! And isn't it ironic that EVERY big game they are involved in is controversial. Timely penalties and non-calls that benefit them like:
The 11 penalties whistled on Arizona included a preposterous roughing the passer penalty on a play that wouldn't have been uncommon in touch football. That came on a drive that saw two personal foul penalties on the Cards, one of which gave the Steelers another chance to score from the goal line. For the evening, 18 penalties were called, the third-most in Super Bowl history. A missed call may have proven enormous also. After Santonio Holmes' game-winning touchdown catch he did an imitation of LeBron James' chalk move. Using the ball as a prop is an automatic 15-yard penalty on the kickoff. You think the ref's would have 'missed' that against us or even the Pat's??
Finally, what about real 'drama':
A wife beater was the league's defensive 'MVP'...Harrison. And don't forget how he picked on and beat down on the DB Francisco for the Card's in plain site during the game...incredibly there was NO flag and he was not fined!!
The 'MVP' of the SB was dealing drugs since childhood and AFTER he had been drafted by the 'Stealers'!!! Check out the quote:
Holmes was arrested in Miami Beach, Florida on May 27, 2006 for disorderly conduct.[9] Charges were subsequently dropped after Holmes paid a fine. Holmes was arrested for a second time on June 18, 2006 for domestic violence and assault in Columbus, Ohio.[10]
On July 7, 2006, Holmes appeared in Franklin County Court in Columbus, Ohio for both a pre-trial regarding the domestic case and hearing regarding the traffic ticket. He plead no contest to the traffic ticket and agreed to pay a fine. While Lashae Boone, the mother of Holmes' daughter and the victim in the assault case, requested that the domestic violence and assault charges be dropped, the prosecutor refused. Boone and their daughter accompanied Holmes to court. The charges were later dropped.[11]
On October 23, 2008, Holmes was arrested in Pittsburgh and cited by officers for possession of marijuana.[12][13] Holmes released an apology after missing a game, stating that he wished to "focus all of [his] efforts on helping our team win on the field and achieve its ultimate goal."[14]

In closing, real dregs of society those 'Stealers'! They really do SUCK!! The media should call a spade a spade.
